Ingredients

  • 30g glutinous rice flour
  • Around 15ml warm water
  • 1 mango
  • 30ml milk

Instructions

  1. Pour warm water into glutinous rice flour. Mix and form a dough ball.
  2. Divide dough into small pieces and roll them into small balls.
  3. Cook the balls in boiling water until they float.
  4. Transfer the balls into cold water.
  5. Peel and dice the mango. Blend 2/3 of the mango and milk until smooth.
  6. Pour mango puree into a bowl. Top with chewy balls and remaining mango dice.
